Road Improvements Underway at Lee Rd & 63rd St

Paving work is in progress at the Lee Rd & 63rd St intersection to widen the southbound lane and extend the left turn lane onto 63rd Street.

These improvements are designed to reduce backups from turning traffic, improve overall traffic flow, and ease congestion. We’ve also seen your comments about traffic signal timing at this intersection. We’ve shared those concerns with the City of Indianapolis, who manages the signal, and their team is reviewing it to determine what adjustments may be possible.
