Home Repairs for Good Project

A huge thank you to Home Repairs for Good and the volunteers from Walker for giving back to the Lawrence community on Friday!

Volunteers came together to complete a major yard cleanup project for a Lawrence homeowner who has lived in her home for 47 years. Their hard work helped restore and clean up vegetation overgrowth across her double lot.

Members of the Lawrence Housing Ready Task Force also stopped by to personally thank the volunteers for making a difference in our community.

Home Repairs for Good provides free home repairs and assistance to older adults and residents with disabilities, helping neighbors stay safe and comfortable in their homes.
