Dangerous Heat Expected This Week

UPDATE: The Fort Ben Branch of the Indianapolis Public Library is currently closed for building improvements and is not available as a cooling station.
If you need a place to cool down, other nearby Indianapolis Public Library locations are available during regular operating hours:
• Lawrence Branch — 7898 Hague Rd.
• Warren Branch — 9701 E. 21st St.
• East 38th Street Branch — 5420 E. 38th St.

Original Post: Hot and potentially dangerous weather is expected across Indiana this week, with temperatures reaching the mid-90s and heat index values in the low 100s Tuesday through Thursday.
