Pebblebrooke Subdivision Road Resurfacing

The City of Lawrence will begin road resurfacing in the Pebblebrooke Subdivision on Monday, September 28, 2026.

Beginning over the next week, residents may see the City’s paving contractor in the subdivision marking the roads and preparing for the upcoming work.

Construction activities will occur throughout the subdivision as the project progresses. Residents should expect temporary traffic restrictions, construction equipment, and possible delays during the paving process.

We ask residents to use caution when traveling through the work area and to follow all posted traffic-control signs and directions from construction personnel.

Paving is scheduled to begin September 28, 2026.
