Help Decorate Our City This Season!

Help us spread some holiday cheer throughout Lawrence!

We’re inviting local businesses to get involved in decorating our city for the holiday season by submitting 18" x 24" yard signs featuring a holiday-themed message.

The City will display the signs along the route of A Lawrence Christmas Parade and in medians throughout Lawrence, giving businesses an opportunity to show their holiday spirit while helping make our community a little more festive!

Submission Deadline: November 23

Please drop off your signs at the City of Lawrence Government Center.

Questions? Email us at events@cityoflawrence.org.

We look forward to seeing our local businesses help make Lawrence merry and bright!

A Lawrence Christmas 2026 is the city's official holiday kickoff event on Saturday, November 28th from 4-7pm.

This free community celebration includes a winter holiday parade, a variety show, food trucks, and the official lighting of the city’s Christmas tree.
