New Support Program for Expectant Mothers

The City of Indianapolis and The Bridge Project are launching a new program to support low-income pregnant women with up to $20,000 in monthly payments over three years.

The B.I.R.T.H. Fund focuses on areas of the city most affected by infant mortality — including Lawrence ZIP code 46235. 

Eligible participants must:

• Live in one of these ZIP codes: 46241, 46222, 46237, 46219, 46218, 46201, or 46235

• Be 18 or older and up to 27 weeks pregnant

• Have a household income of $39,000 or less

This initiative aims to improve the health and wellbeing of moms and babies across our community.
