Reports of three water main breaks in Lawrence

1. Franklin Road at approximately Records Street - this one has lane restrictions for north and south-bound traffic; best detour is to use McCoy or Mowery Streets to go north to 46th then back west to Franklin to resume northbound movement

2. Dead End of Hartman Street south of 46th - this one will affect local residents only

3. 45th Street between Richardt and Longworth - will advise as more becomes known about traffic impacts from this one

Lawrence Utilities water crews are targeting Franklin Road and Hartman first, as they appear to be the worst ones.
