New Trees Planted at Richart Park

10 new trees were planted at Richardt Park, including redbuds, ginkgoes, an American plum, and a northern red oak thanks to a tree donation through the Environmental Resilience Institute at Indiana University.

The planting supports Lawrence’s ongoing efforts to strengthen our urban tree canopy, promote sustainability, and build a more environmentally resilient community.
