Jimmy is a graduate of Full Sail University with a B.S. in Entertainment Business and an A.S. in Recording Arts.  He brings over 12 years of graphic design and editing experience to the City of Lawrence.  He is responsible for the creation of all media content for the City of Lawrence, including managing social media. 


During the last year, Jimmy initiated a major upgrade to the City’s video production capabilities, which now provides for enhanced citizen engagement through live broadcasts of City meetings and live streaming through Facebook.  Jimmy also created the joint market campaign “Great City. Great Schools” with the Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township.  Jimmy designed the new street signs for Lawrence.


Prior to joining the City of Lawrence, he worked for the City of Anderson as video producer and graphic designer.  While there, he produced two original series, coordinated multi-camera productions, directed a small crew to produce several live productions, and set up and maintained the television studio’s digital storage and archives.  Since 2006, Jimmy has also worked as a freelancer and has mixed and mastered audio for several artists.  He designs billboards, print ads, newsletters, business cards, brochures, and websites.  Jimmy has delivered marketing campaigns and videos that have exceeded the expectations of his clients, which include: Bids 4 Kids Exchange Clubs, Anderson Community Schools, NTN, SADD, Slick Music Studios, Anderson Boys and Girls Club, and the Madison County Chamber of Commerce.
